We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are non-refundable.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been handcrafted and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow its journey.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can arrange a replacement for you.
