At The Blackened Teeth, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your gothic home decor; however, if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for most items. Please ensure all products remain in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your package.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged goods.

  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel back to our UK studio using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
